Shipping policy

  • Local Shipping only: we ship only in Dubai. We do not ship to other Emirates.
  • No International Shipping: we only ship to Dubai in the UAE. We do not ship to any other country.
  • As a general policy we do not ship to the following Emirates: Ajman, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujeirah, Umm Al Quwain and Abdu Dhabi
  • We charge a flat shipping rate of 25AED (only within Dubai). 
  • Shipping is free if you order more than 200AED (only within Dubai).
  • The flat shipping rate of 25AED is only valid for packages under 3KG.
  • For packages over 3KG we will provide a custom shipping charge at the rate charged by the shipper. We will inform you in advance.
  • We will use Porter or Careem but we reserve the right to use others.
  • In case you live outside the Emirate of Dubai or in any other country than the UAE and you still wish to order something, do not add products to the cart, but contact us by email. We may be able to accommodate you.
